• How to sign up for Paperless eBilling and the benefits of doing so:
  • Register on the Customer Portal at conwaypa.authoritypay.com with your Account Number and CID Number.
  • You’ll receive your bill faster and help reduce the cost to provide water and sewer service to Conway Residents.
• How to pay your bill online (This is the only way to pay online.):
  • Go to www.conwaypa.org
  • On the Home Page under Quick Links (left side of page), choose the “Pay Water & Sewer” tab
  • Follow the prompts using your ACCOUNT Number (not the CID Number). The account number will be 3 or 4 digit number followed by a dash and another number.
