DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

The Administration Department is headed by the Borough Secretary and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Borough.  The department is responsible for communicating the vision and desires of Council, and administratively enforcing the guidelines, policies, and ordinances established by the board. 

The Secretary and Assistant Secretary are responsible for all fiscal management, assisting Code Enforcement and Zoning, and creating and caring for the billing and collection of Water & Sewer as well as Refuse services.
