1. Why did Conway Build a Website ?
A) Conway Council wanted to provide a low-cost way to communicate with the residents of Conway and to give the residents a convenient way to access information about the borough and what is going on or being planned.

3. What is the fee for Municipal Liens ?
A) $20.00 each from the Borough and the Tax Collector
Municipal Liens are requested by closing companies when houses / properties are being sold. We list on these what is owed to the Borough before a property can be sold, including Water & Sewer and Refuse Collection balances.
4. Is outdoor burning permitted in Conway ?
A) Outdoor fires are permitted, but must be built in and confined to a non-combustible container and attended by a 16 year-old older until safely and completely extinguished. Fires are not permitted within 15 feet of any building and are only permitted on Tuesday and Wednesday between 6am and 6pm. Fires are not permitted on a holiday.
Burning is limited to paper, cardboard, and wood.
5. Does Conway have a curfew ?
A) Minors less than 18 years of age are not permitted in public from 10 P.M. to 6 A.M. without being accompanied by a parent. See Chapter 72 of the Borough Ordinance or Contact the Police Department for additional detail and information.

A) 2,290 according to the 2000 Census, for a total of 988 households
